Help with Orgasmly
Something not working, or a question the app doesn't answer? Start here. If you still need a person, there's a real one at the other end of the email below.

1. Reach a person
Email hello@orgasmly.org. Orgasmly is a small project run by one developer, so that inbox is read directly — there is no ticket portal, no bot, and no phone queue. For anything about your data specifically, use privacy@orgasmly.org.
A useful message says what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and — if it's a bug — the device and browser or app version you were using. You never need to send a screenshot that contains your session data; a description is enough.
2. Common questions
I didn't get the sign-in email
Sign-in uses an email code. Check spam first, and that the address is the one you signed up with. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a fresh one if it's been a while. Still nothing after a couple of tries? Email hello@orgasmly.org and we'll sort it out.
How do I change or recover my account?
Your email address is your account. If you've lost access to that inbox, email us from the address you'd like to move to and we'll help where we can — but because we hold no name, phone number, or other identifier, there are limits to how we can verify an account. That's the privacy trade-off, working as intended.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Orgasmly runs in your mobile browser and can be added to your home screen, and there's a native app on the way. Logging works offline and syncs when you're back online.
Why can't I see global stats?
Global statistics are opt-in and only ever shown in aggregate, above a minimum sample size. If a breakdown is hidden, it's because too few people have opted in for that slice to be shown without risking anyone's anonymity.
3. Export or delete your data
You're in control of everything you've logged:
- Export — from Settings, download everything you've logged as a JSON file, any time.
- Delete — also in Settings. Deletion is a verified request that permanently purges your account and all of its data. It's immediate and can't be undone, so we ask you to confirm.
What we hold and why is set out in full in the privacy policy.
